Capture your credit history. Show the credit names, original amounts where displayed, status, remaining balances and expiry dates. Include exhausted or expired credits where available. If there are no credits, capture the empty list.
Show relevant usage details. Select a credit and open its Application history tab to show how it has been used. For current-month estimates, check Bills → Savings or the estimated remaining amount in the credit details. Tell us whether your account is on the Free or Paid plan.
Hide sensitive details, then send your screenshots. Crop or cover your account ID, email, credit IDs or codes, payment details and unrelated information. Attach the screenshots yourself in Telegram or X and wait for our review before paying.
The message opens as a draft; screenshots are not attached automatically. We never need your AWS password, sign-in code or access keys. A screenshot helps us review your account but cannot guarantee AWS will accept a particular promotion.
Credits-page balances can reflect the last billing cycle. Current-month estimated balances may differ. Follow the account plan and offer conditions, not just the amount of credit left.

How to redeem

After payment is confirmed, open the delivery email containing your unique AWS credit code.
Visit the official AWS Credits Redemption Page, sign in to the AWS account where you want the credit, and follow the Redeem credit steps.
Open Billing and Cost Management → Credits to verify the credit name, credit value, expiration date and applicable products.
AWS applies eligible credits automatically. Use Bills → Savings to review estimated credit use for the current month.
