How to redeem an AWS credit code

Apply your code through the official AWS redemption page and verify its value, expiry, and applicable services in AWS Billing.

Redeem your AWS code directly in your own AWS account. Start with the official AWS Credits Redemption Page.

Receive your code

Before any payment, contact the seller for an eligibility review. After approval, payment and email delivery are arranged privately. Follow the contact-first process and wait for the seller to confirm the next steps.

Before redemption, check the US$25 or US$100 product details. Both AWS credit codes expire on December 31, 2027.

Apply the code in AWS

  1. Sign in to the AWS account where you intend to use the credit. Check the account ID, especially if you manage several accounts.
  2. Open AWS Credits and choose Redeem Credit.
  3. In the AWS Billing and Cost Management console, open Credits, then choose Redeem credit.
  4. Enter the delivered code under Promotion code, complete the Security code CAPTCHA if shown, and choose Redeem credit.

AWS provides its own instructions for adding a promotional code. Each code is redeemable once, on one account, under the AWS promotional credit terms.

Verify the result

Open Billing and Cost Management → Credits and select the new credit. Confirm the value and expiry and review Applicable products. Keep a private record of the credit name and redemption date.

The AWS billing guide explains the displayed balance and credit application history. Balance figures can reflect different update periods; a redeemed code and consumed credit are separate events.

If AWS rejects the code

Save the error text and check your account plan and prior redemptions before contacting support. Share the order reference and error through the seller’s support channel. Keep your code, AWS password, and authentication codes private.
