## Before you contact us

A few useful checks, all in one place.

### Check your AWS credits, history and eligibility

Before arranging payment, contact us to review the account where you intend to redeem your credit. Previously redeemed credits and the specific offer conditions can affect whether the code can be used.

1.  **Open your AWS Credits dashboard.** Sign in to the account where you intend to redeem the code. Go to Billing and Cost Management → Credits.
2.  **Review your credit history.** Check credit names, original amounts where displayed, status, remaining balances and expiry dates. Include exhausted or expired credits where available. If there are no credits, note that the list is empty.
3.  **Check relevant usage.** Select a credit and open its Application history tab. For current-month estimates, check Bills → Savings or the estimated remaining amount in the credit details. Note whether your account is on the Free or Paid plan.
4.  **Share only redacted screenshots if needed.** Crop or cover your account ID, email, credit IDs or codes, payment details and unrelated information. You can attach screenshots yourself through Telegram or X.

Credits-page balances can reflect the last billing cycle. Current-month estimated balances may differ. Follow the account plan and offer conditions, not just the amount of credit left.

A screenshot can help us review your question, but cannot guarantee AWS credit eligibility or redemption approval.
